10 YEARS OF CELEBRATING ACHIEVEMENT! On October 21, 2004 the MountainWest Venture Group's held its premiere annual event, the Utah 100 Fastest-Growing companies Awards luncheon. Attracting more than 1,200 attendees comprised of Utah's most successful entrepreneurs and business leaders, the Utah 100 recognized the state's 100 Fastest-Growing companies, 15 Largest Revenue Growth companies and "Emerging Elite." Please plan to join us next year on Thursday, October 27, 2005 for the 11th annual Utah 100. Applications for next years award will be available starting in May 2005. Starting then, interested companies can apply on-line. Watch for printed applications in the mail, but don't forget to apply before August 1, 2005!

Wayne Brown Cameo: The MountainWest Venture Group in partnership with the Wayne Brown Institute is now preparing select venture stage companies to sponsor and present at key Group luncheons during the year. All applicants will receive feedback on their business plans and the selected companies will have the opportunity to make an eight minute presentation at an upcoming event. The presenting companies will receive mentoring help from MWVG members and will receive feedback from venture capitalists at the event. To learn more and apply, click here.
